Pat Abela - Broker of Record/Owner, MVA Res.

Pat moved to Sioux Lookout back in 1981 and began her career in real estate sales in 1986.  In 1989 she became a registered broker. She has been active in the real estate field full time since that time. Pat is also certified as a Market Value Appraiser - Residential (MVA. Res). Her spare time finds her involved with various Church activities, entertaining friends and in the summer enjoying her yard.

 



 Marnie Adam - Broker /Owner, Appraiser

Marnie was born and raised in Brandon, Manitoba where both her father and      grandfather sold real estate. Sioux Lookout has been home to her and her family since 1972. She worked with the Lands Branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources for 10 years before becoming a licensed real estate salesperson in 1984. Marnie furthered her education and became a Broker in 1987. She has been actively involved over the years with the local Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian Cancer Society and several other volunteer organizations.  "Sioux Lookout is a wonderful place to live  - it's like being on vacation 12 months a year!"
